Effective Date: June 13, 2026. Review the legal agreement governing QByteSoft engineering services, product delivery schedules, and client collaboration codes.
All client agreements for custom software engineering, SaaS builds, Shopify theme optimizations, or AI custom agent setups are structured under individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents. These terms supplement the SOW definitions.
Clients must provide required sandbox credentials, database connection strings, API tokens, and Figma UI layouts in a timely manner as outlined in the PRD. QByteSoft is not liable for project delay penalties stemming from missing API access or incomplete technical requirements.
Unless otherwise explicitly drafted inside the SOW, payments route securely through credit card or bank transfer (Stripe) under standard Net-15 schedules. QByteSoft reserves the right to freeze staging deployments and git updates if invoices are overdue.
Upon final payment settlement, all custom source code compiled explicitly for the client is transferred under full ownership rules. QByteSoft retains core product assets, preset component frameworks, generic SRE scripts, and library setups built prior to the engagement.
All services and builds are delivered "as-is". While QByteSoft runs Playwright automated diagnostics and provides bug support, we do not warrant that external APIs (e.g. OpenAI models, Shopify servers) will maintain 100% uninterrupted uptime.
